
With more than 15 years of experience in communications and PR, both in-house and agency side, Megan helps brands develop their identity and share their stories with the world.
Most recently, Megan oversaw communications for live entertainment brand and experiential agency Superfly, as well as their music festival properties, including Bonnaroo and Outside Lands. Prior to joining Superfly, she launched the PR agency offering of Codeword's business in New York, focused on tech startups which included brands such as Google+, Fiverr and Imgur.
Outside of traditional media, analyst and investor relations, she's launched startups, developed branding, messaging and positioning across multiple verticals, including green tech, consumer tech, healthcare, HR and entertainment, and managed events of all shapes and sizes.
Megan jump-started her career as the Head of Publicity for SXSW Interactive in Austin before joining Porter Novelli, where she worked on launching, growing and managing clients such as Chegg, Rackspace, Spredfast, The Green Grid, and countless other startups and household names.
While pursuing her Masters in New Media at the University of Amsterdam, Megan joined Jones-Dilworth, Inc. (JDI) as part of their executive team and managed PR clients such as 500px, semantic web's Bottlenose and The Daily Dot.
